Construction Monitoring and Project Design Review
We provide the initial review of project drawings and specifications,
geotechnical reports, other customary tests or investigations, building
permits, utility will serve letters, designer and contractor insurance prior
to development initiation. Field inspections will be performed monthly
or periodically as agreed to with the client to review construction progress, verify completion of work outlined in draw requests and
observe the quality of workmanship used during construction. Based on
plan review, on site construction observations and additional research
and interviews, a progressive project summary report will be prepared in
sufficient detail for the Client to evaluate the current project progress
and condition.
